Ann Arbor Animal Hospital Emergency Service is a locally owned, AAHA-accredited emergency veterinary clinic providing urgent care to animals in Ann Arbor and the surrounding areas. We opened in mid-2004 as a counterpart to the daytime primary and critical care services of the Ann Arbor Animal Hospital, with which we share a building and facilities. (Learn more about our history here.)
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to provide emergency treatment, advanced diagnostics and surgery on-site in our state-of the-art veterinary facility. Our goal is to complement the care you receive from your primary veterinarian.
An experienced veterinary doctor is always in the hospital.
Need to call us? Our phone number is 734-662-4474.
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If the patient is admitted to the hospital, a deposit will be required.

For ASPCA Animal Poison Control, call 888-426-4435. They may apply a $65 consultation fee to your credit card.
Visits occur in either an exam room or in our ICU and may be limited at the doctor’s discretion.
Please help our doctors and staff maintain an environment in which the best possible care can be provided to all AAAH patients.
Thank you in advance for your help and understanding!
